2 The current gross area of Hudson is 32,678 square feet, while Parks Hall is 48,889 square feet (OU all campuses buildings inventory, pages 5 & 9). In the published version of the new proposal, 33,000 square feet were to be dedicated to student health. 30,000 were planned for UMA, which assumes that more than a third of their operations would be left at Parks (Trustees Campus Health Center briefing, page 4). 5,000 square feet of the proposal were dedicated to the diagnostic center, an apparently rent-paying private initiative left unexplained in both the news and trustees documents.
